Home Appliances products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Warranty on leather/fabric lounges
Home Appliances limited warrants that supplied free of material defects. We offer 3-years structure warranty against faulty workmanship and/or loss of structural integrity to the frame because of a manufacturing or material defect. 1-year warranty for the fibre fillings, suspensions, springs, mechanisms.
Warranty on Outdoor Furniture
The powder coated Aluminum frame is warranted against failure due to a manufacturing fault for a period up to 2 years from the date of delivery.
Fabrics, PE Wicker, foams, fiber fillings, zippers, touch fasteners, legs and all other fittings and accessories are warranted against failure due to a manufacturing defect for a period of 1 year.
Standard Warranty Does NOT cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper use, or user failed to use the furniture as it was intended. Do not stand/sit on the tabletop, do not stand/sit on lounge armrests, do not pivot on the chair back legs. For more information, please refer to the care guides provided with your furniture or contact us for details.
Damage caused by spills such as acid, solvents, dyes or other corrosive materials, ink, paint, or bodily fluids.
Damage caused by improper cleaning, negligence, treatment of the product with chemicals, exposing the product to the sun, extreme heat, or bright light such as lamps, or otherwise caused by your acts and/or omissions.
Minor variations on size, colour, or appearance. Due to the nature of the furniture which is crafted by hand, the size and weight of these products may have minor variations of up to 5% from the sample products or from any product specifications you have been quoted.
For marble and stone top furniture, colour and patterns of the stone may vary based on the size, shape & natural characteristics of the material. Cracks not advised on delivery, and dents or scratches not advised within 24 hours of delivery are not covered by warranty.
The product or component has become defective or damaged due to pets.
Glass. Glass may possess characteristics but are not limited to bubbles, colour variations and blemishes. They are natural characteristics of the material which are not defects. All glass will be inspected prior to despatch and handled with extra care during transit. Tempered glass on our outdoor furniture is strengthened and much stronger than normal glass. But by no mean it is ‘unbreakable’ or ‘scratch-proof’. Due to the unique making process of the tempered glass, a small fracture can cause breakage to the entire glass into small pieces. It may not happen immediately after the initial fracture, but weeks and months later. We advise look after your tempered glass carefully and ensure safety when using as extreme weather and sudden change of temperature can have effect on glass. Do not drop or place heavy or hard items onto the glass. Always use coasters, potholders, and placemats to ensure the longevity of the product.
Goods sold as “Floor stock” or “as is” condition are not subject to normal sample standards or warranty periods and no further claim can be made against the Company for repair or replacement of the product.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event, if we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
